Sarah's academic focus included the wellbeing of female leaders, the effectiveness of role modelling for women in male-dominated industries, and reducing harmful gender stereotypes for both men and women. She is also interested in intergenerational differences, particularly the perceived Gen Z soft skills gap. As well as a certified Personal Performance Coach, Sarah is a Certified Professional Behaviour Analyst (CPBA), specialising in DISC behavioural assessments to understand individuals' behavioural and communication styles. She is also a Certified Professional Motivators Analyst (CPMA), skilled in uncovering what drives people to behave the way they do, and a Certified Professional EQ Analyst (CPEQA), helping people harness emotional intelligence for success.As an accredited coach with extensive experience in personal life coaching, career coaching, and professional development, Sarah empowers individuals and teams through evidence-based approaches.
